Blondies – Sports bar and grill in the Miracle Mile Shops near Planet Hollywood. It’s $20, drink all the beer you can, Mon-Fri 3-6pm.
Las Vegas Hotels Off Strip
Peppermill, a very popular restaurant and lounge, has happy hour every day from 3pm to 6pm. Scorsese’s amazing movie Casino was filmed here, north of the strip.
Grand Lux Cafe – Located in the luxurious Venice and Palazzo, offers happy hour deals on food and drinks from Monday to Friday from 4:00pm to 6:30pm.
Flour + Barley – Shots, craft beers, cocktails and discounted pizzas Mon-Fri 2-6pm. Located in the LINQ Hotel.
