Best Swimming Pools In Las Vegas Hotels – Whether you want to spend a relaxing day lounging in a luxury pool or a loud, wet party, you’re spoiled for choice when it comes to the best pools in Las Vegas.
After a wild night of indulgence in Sin City, nothing beats a dip in the pool and. With temperatures soaring to over 120 degrees in the summer, it’s a great way to cool off.
Best Swimming Pools In Las Vegas Hotels
Nearly all Las Vegas hotels have a pool, but they can vary greatly in both quality and atmosphere. For many, a good pool will make or break your vacation, so here’s my lowdown on the best in town.
The Pools Of The Venetian Resort
So I went off the strip for this one, but we can’t discuss the best pools in Las Vegas without mentioning the Golden Nugget.
The $30 million pool area includes a 200,000-gallon shark aquarium that sits right in the center of the pool complex. Have you ever wanted to swim with sharks? Well, here you can, albeit with a glass barrier between you.
If you want a less terrifying pool experience, there’s also plenty of space to relax among the waterfalls and chilled-out pool bars.
I’m not sure why or how, but the Mirage pool manages to create an atmosphere of absolute serenity between neon and sounds.

Maybe it’s because it’s located directly next to dolphin habitat. Maybe it’s because it isn’t frequented by the younger, louder crowds. Whatever it is, the Mirage pool area is a little haven of tranquility and calm where you wouldn’t expect it.
Between palm trees, waterfalls and little food shacks, you can really get away from it all for a few hours and lose yourself in the tropical setting.
Mirage is also home to an adults-only pool area: The Bare Pool Lounge. It offers a more exclusive pool experience than “summer utopia” according to the website. I’ve never tried it myself, though.
Of course, the most modern and trendy hotel in Las Vegas cannot be missing from our list. The Cosmopolitan offers guests three completely different pool experiences.
Hotel In Vegas On The Strip
Fancy sitting around the pool while enjoying stunning views of the Strip? No problem. The Boulevard Pool probably has the best location of all the pools. It’s right on the strip, surrounded by glass walls and has a fun, lively atmosphere, perfect for socializing and taking perfect photos by the pool.
The Chelsea pool, however, is located at the side of the resort. It’s further away from the Strip and is better suited to those who want a more relaxed atmosphere or some peace and quiet.
Finally, Marquee Dayclub is the newest and arguably most popular pool party experience on the Strip. With over 22,000 square feet of party space and regular stints from internationally renowned DJs, this is THE place to see right now in Las Vegas.
With four pools, three hot tubs, and an epic lazy river, the MGM Grand is one of the largest pools on the Las Vegas Strip.
Las Vegas Hilton At Resorts World, Las Vegas
Situated on 6.5 acres, this beautiful pool area features waterfalls and poolside massages. Guests can also spend hours drifting along that quarter-mile-long lazy river.
For those who want the full pool party experience, Wet Republic Ultra Pool is the place for you. Open on Mondays and Thursdays through Sundays, these parties feature live DJ sets from some of the biggest names around. There’s also a 2,500-square-foot outdoor lounge, as well as oversized personal hot tubs and intimate pools.
The Garden of the Gods Oasis at Caesars Palace is an incredible 4.5-acre pool complex. It is made up of seven different aquatic experiences with something for everyone.

One of the best known and most recognized Las Vegas hotel pools is the Temple Pool. It has Roman themed statues and waterfalls and offers a relaxing and restful atmosphere of extraordinary beauty.
These Are The 9 Best Pools In Las Vegas For Families With Kids
The Neptune pool, however, is the largest and liveliest, with live music played by a DJ. The Fortuna Pool is also worth a look. There you can enjoy your fix of gambling without even leaving the pool at the swim-up casino tables.
For families there is the Apollo swimming pool, more informal with fun games on the lawn. There’s also a specific pool for kids, the Juniper Pool, with family-friendly themed floats and bubbles to keep little ones entertained.
Frankly, there’s nothing the Bellagio doesn’t do brilliantly and the pool area is better than most too.
There are multiple swimming pools within the complex, all impeccably styled with Italian elegance and set in an idyllic garden.
Mandalay Bay Review: Family Fun In Las Vegas
If you are looking for a party atmosphere, then it is true that the Bellagio is not for you. It’s not that kind of place at all.
However, it offers a level of tranquility that can be difficult to find elsewhere on the Strip. So if you like relaxing by the pool with a good book and zero stress, you’ll struggle to find better options than Bellagio.
Las Vegas has set a phenomenal standard when it comes to pool experiences. However, Circa then came along and built something truly incredible.
Circa has the best sportsbook in Las Vegas and they decided to replicate that outside by building a huge screen to watch more games. Below there are booths where you can place your bets.
Best Hotel Pools In Las Vegas For Every Traveller
The aptly named Stadium Swim is truly something to behold and offers a truly unique poolside experience in Las Vegas.
Named “Best Pool in Las Vegas” by Las Vegas Review Journals for seven consecutive years, we just have to put Mandalay Bay as our number one.
This 11-acre water playground includes three heated pools, a wave pool and a lazy river. It also sits on a man-made beach of 2,700 tons of real sand.
While the main pool area is popular with families, Mandalay also has an exclusive private area. Moorea Beach Club is for ages 21 and over and offers stunning views of the beach.
The Linq Hotel & Casino
While it’s a relaxing retreat throughout the week, Mandalay Bay also hosts one of the Strip’s hottest pool parties every weekend: Daylight Beach Club.
With guest DJs, celebrity appearances and hundreds of scantily clad revelers, this pool is more nightclub than pool on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The Palms Hotel and Casino reopened last spring under new ownership. An overhaul has taken place with major changes to restaurants, entertainment and sports betting. The renovation was done with the locals in mind. The hotel has plans for further long-term changes; something different and special that the locals will love!
The locals attraction is going exactly as planned. We go to the Palms pool every week. This is MY FAVORITE place to swim, relax and unwind in Las Vegas. Enter an inviting European atmosphere, with beautiful Tuscan furnishings. The beautiful foliage cascading down the walls of the upper level pools is a refreshing touch.
At the PALMS; there is no charge for locals to swim during the week. If you choose to come for a weekend dip, it is still a reasonable 10.00 per person. Better yet, if you want to book a room for the night; some come with a private pool. The Palms is located in Flamingo, an OFF THE STRIP resort.
Best Hotels In Vegas For Families
Elia Beach Club is located at the Virgin Hotel, located behind the Las Vegas Strip. The swimming pool is not open to the public, entrance is reserved for hotel guests only. This pool used to allow the public to enter the pool via the guest list, not anymore. The pool boasts an escape mentality, with its Mediterranean-colored pool and musical style.
Bands often play on the beautifully designed, thatched-roof stage. It is the focal point of the venue that attracts guests to be part of a fun experience exuded by the performers. If you love the feeling of a sandy beach, this is the place for you! This pool is one of the few in the area to have sand for you to dip your toes in and relax on a man-made beach.
This is another amazing Las Vegas pool resort that you will love! As mentioned in a previous post, the Westin is my go-to for an area escape. It also has European vibes to draw you in without leaving the country.
Unfortunately the Westin does not allow locals to swim unless you are a guest of the hotel. The pool is out back and offers a quiet oasis away from the strip. The Westin is
