Our pilot then landed the helicopter below the rim next to the Colorado River. While he was preparing our champagne picnic, we wandered around a bit to enjoy the beautiful landscape. Then it was time to enjoy our glass of bubbles surrounded by Grand Canyon views.
Before flying back to Las Vegas, our pilot offered to take a picture of us next to the helicopter. We then watched the sunset over the Grand Canyon while flying over it all. I was impressed by the sunset colors of the Grand Canyon.
After sunset we flew over the Vegas Strip, enjoying the many city lights twinkling in the dark night. To end the tour in style, our private limousine drove us back to the hotel.
