Hotels On Fremont Street In Vegas – The Fremont is one of Las Vegas’ Downtown hotels and is part of the spectacular Fremont Street Experience.
It is one of the unique ‘Four Corners’ properties located at the corner of Casino Center Boulevard and Fremont Street – the others are Four Queens, Golden Nugget and Binion’s.

Fremont also has two Boyd’s Gaming properties in Downtown Las Vegas at Main Street Station and California. However, it is the only one of the three available at the Fremont Street Experience.
Fremont Hotel & Casino
As mentioned, the Fremont Hotel is located in the popular area of Downtown Las Vegas. Casino Center Boulevard intersects with Fremont Street about halfway down the Fremont Street Experience and the crossing is one of the most photographed spots in the entire city.
Fremont has Four Queens as two of the four on the east side of the intersection and both are under the famous video screen roof.
The location makes it a great place to explore Downtown Las Vegas, with almost everything you’d want to see within easy walking distance.
Head east and you’ll reach El Cortez and the Container Park. Go west and you’ll quickly reach the end of Circa where there are many free concerts and live music.

A short walk north, meanwhile, will bring you Downtown Grand, the Mob Museum, Main Street Station and California.
Another place you can’t get to from Fremont on foot is the Las Vegas Strip, although a taxi or Deuce Bus will take you there.
Fremont rooms are on the small side at 240 sq. ft. However, the location may make up for it since no one is likely to spend much time in their room while in Downtown.
You can upgrade to a suite if you want more space. That will more than double the size of the room at 544 sq. ft.

The hotel does not have many essentials. However, guests are given access to nearby Cal, which has a fitness center and rooftop pool.
Second Street Grill and Tony Roma should keep Fremont visitors well fed. The former serves breakfast and lunch while the latter takes the afternoon to serve dinner until 11pm.
Lanai Express offers a fast-casual selection of Asian food near Dunkin Donuts and the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Of course, you have all the great dining options of the Fremont Street Experience and surrounding areas to rely on, so a few indoor restaurants shouldn’t be a problem for anyone.
A special mention for Lanai, who still charges just 99c for a shrimp cocktail – the same prices as in 1976!
Fremont Street: Then And Now
Filament is an on-site bar and lounge. It’s a great place with beer, gardens and liquor all available.
It has a video canopy, free live music, street entertainers, a variety of bars and casinos to explore. Most of them feature old-school Vegas neon signs, along with great food options and the SlotZila zipline.
If a pool vacation is high on the list of priorities, you’ll probably be better served by staying on the Strip or paying more to stay in nearby Circa, which has the best pools in Las Vegas.
The Fremont is less fancy and far from other Las Vegas hotels, especially the mega resorts on the Strip.
Fremont Street Casinos
That said, it will put you in the heart of history and drama in Downtown Las Vegas. It also shouldn’t break your budget too much.
Pros: Great location and amazing neon in a truly unique Las Vegas setting as well. Plus, it won’t break your budget too much.
Cons: Smaller rooms than most and less amenities, even if you want to go to California you have access to them.
