We booked a king suite. One of the most spacious we have seen!! Went to the main floor for dinner and a bottle of wine. Service was good. The steak was delicious. The wife ate a chicken sandwich. The fries surprised us both with how good they were. Definitely ordering an Italian restaurant next time

Great experience! Very quiet even on weekends. The location is perfect. The rooms are well designed and the beds are very comfortable! And of course everything was very clean! I wish they had more vegetarian options for room service, but the stuff they already have is great! Will definitely come back here again!! ???

Service lacking and expectations not met (broken crib for toddlers, no morning ride available to town, mistakes made with our order at the cafe, no extras for kids even though their website (As advertised, most of the staff are unfriendly). The room is clean and spacious but not worth it for the price.

We were planning our wedding here. The rooms were beautiful. The hotel itself was beautiful. We signed a contract to secure our wedding date. It was a one stop shop. The hotel had everything we needed. But after 3 weeks of planning, we were asked to move our wedding date because a big corporation wanted our date for their event. We refused and they kept offering us “concessions”. We still refused. He kept pushing us to go ahead and get more profit. I finally got frustrated and told them that if the corporation had a date earlier, their response would have been that the date was sold out. Why are we not given the same respect? We were then given the “option” to withdraw our deposit. At that point, we choose to give up our position. I don’t want to work with a facility that only works for the big dollar. I am very disappointed with the way everything went down. Anyone knows that when planning a wedding, location is key. So back to square one. Don’t plan your event here. They will not honor their agreement. But they will definitely expect you to!

Location is good. The rooms are decent. The service at the desk is not good at all. Despite being an elite member, they don’t serve you well – no courtesy. Breakfast is below average. No veggie filling options – just fruit. The brown bread was out and nobody cares to refill it. Not a hotel I would visit again.

The breakfast buffet is really good. The rooms, bar and lobby are clean (I have high standards). My only complaint is that the thermostat is locked and cannot be adjusted below 68 degrees – I sleep hot and wake up several times each night which makes me miserable. My husband had the same problem. The staff said they don’t have any fans so are irritated by it all. I’m very environmentally conscious but a non-adjustable thermostat is a step too far. Seriously, I take my stainless steel water bottle on airplanes, use toothpaste tablets and paper tube deodorants, etc.

Very nice hotel. We loved the pool and hot spa. You will see in the photos below how easy it is with the bath and showers right outside the pool, towels etc. One thing to definitely bring is pool shoes/flip flops as the tile floor is very slippery. The room, the King Executive Suite was great as the kids were separated into a living room area with their own TV? and sleeper sofa. Bath? Amazing with great pressure and hot water in seconds. The service desk gives you free bottles of water when you ask, too cold? There is ample parking in the lot. Food around the city is plentiful and very close. Plus, you have a restaurant on site with a Starbucks. The only thing we didn’t care for was that there was no microwave in the room. That would be our only recommendation. It was a great and relaxing weekend…

Only recommend staying here if part of a group – this hotel is out of the way, unless you have business in Naperville. This was a very average Marriott stay for us. The staff was not as friendly as I expect from a Marriott and the rooms left a lot to be desired. The rooms were very bland in terms of decor and lacked the touches I’d expect from a 3-star property: in-room fridges were available “on request only” and lacked power outlets on one side of the bed.

It’s a beautiful hotel, it has a bar and a diner in the hotel so if you just want to stay there you don’t have to worry about anything. The Starbucks in the hotel also got a lot of my business? The room was also very nice and when I locked myself out of my room.
