Our refund policy is that all sales close 48 hours prior to the event. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it in writing 48 hours before the event. Any request within 48 hours or cancellation of the event cannot be honored because your ticket is for access to the service and therefore your seat is reserved. Returning after this period will not give us time to resell this service and will be considered as consumption of our services.

Once your return request has been emailed to sales@lacomedyclub.com, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the request. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Your tickets will be at Will Call. This location is at the Strat Ticket Center: 2000 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104. You must present your email receipt at the Ticket Center or at the door 30 minutes prior to the show.
