The leasing office has odd hours, but you can always leave them a note in the inbox for non-emergency maintenance requests or call an emergency maintenance technician. Problems are always solved quickly or in a reasonable time. The complex is very quiet. Rent is very reasonable and amenities are minimal, but all units receive basic cable with HBO and washer and dryer facilities. Everything is electric, so you need to manage your energy consumption if you’re on a budget. Water is paid for by utilities and has been going up lately. If you want updated appliances and the latest style, visit Montebello. Here it is simple, but at home and comfortable.
I’ve stayed here in two, one bedroom, both have the same layout. The apartments are surrounded by greenery and are well maintained on a weekly basis. Hope you don’t have a night shift or vacation because they will wake you up with the fans. I lived in a ground floor apartment for over a year and I have to say I didn’t hear much noise from above, barely above the bedroom, but air conditioners are a different story. The units are located near the windows of the first floor apartments and they are very noisy, maybe they are old (even if they work) and if you are a light sleeper they can make it difficult to sleep, which I know. i. Other noise is usually only noticeable at night, when the cooling units are off, in complete silence. I got an ad when I signed in and the guys have kept that price for me for a while now and I appreciate that. I love that the convenient complex includes digital cable and free HBO, which is a huge bonus for me (Game of Thrones :O) my electric bills have always been moderate to low and there are no gas appliances so you don’t spend on that. If I had one other complaint it would be that the people at the leasing office were very difficult to get a hold of. The hours listed are pretty tight because they are (10-4), which is pretty terrible for anyone with a typical 9-5 job, but to make it worse, you’d be hard-pressed to find anyone. let them return your calls. Fortunately, maintenance is not directly managed by them. The technician reads every message you leave in the inbox and even takes a call in the middle of the night. If you’re not in a rush to fix what you need quickly, it usually takes a few days, but I’ve always had no problem with fixes. I moved to another bedroom on the second floor and the floor makes a lot of noise, much better from the air conditioning units than the first floor, but every step I take makes noise, mind you. not intense, but it’s there. Even with these complaints I am happy there, they have grass and trees and a nice (but very small) pool, the price was very good and so are the bills. The location is great (close to everything you need) and I’m comfortable
