Shops At Mesa Hills
(We have seen many on our walks) We are actually very clean people but we have roaches, we even bought our own poisons/repellents and they still appear, we have even changed our cleaning habits to extremes and still can’t get rid of them. get rid of them!!! The exterminator comes 2 times a year and we still see them around the buildings and there is dog poo everywhere
Your lease states that you must clean the carpets before you move out. We did and gave the receipt to the lady in the office before we moved. They still charged us for cleaning the carpets. I contacted them and they said they never received it but email them. mail or send a message. I have done both. I never heard or received any money. Don’t bother knowing how to clean carpets when you move out. It’s not too much cheaper because you’ll still be charged. Also, there is always dog poo on the ground outside that they do nothing about. Other than those two things, this is a great place to stay. The maintenance guys are very nice and smart, can’t say the same about the women in the office.
The worst staff, the manager is quite rude. He is quite sarcastic and does not help the residents
The best thing I can say about this apartment is the cheap price. Other than that, defiantly not as good as advertised on the website. I was deployed when I first saw the apartment and the staff was very helpful in getting the apartment I wanted. They told me that there were bleach stains on the carpet in the apartment in many places, but don’t worry, the carpet will be replaced. When I got to El Paso, the staff changed, which is pretty common during instillations. This staff wouldn’t do anything about the stains everywhere, so I dealt with the problem, which was minor. Swamp coolers didn’t cool anything just raised the electric bill, same with heaters. In winter, they do not help at all. So you have to buy heaters and a window air conditioner. There are a lot of kids running around the facility which has had kids urinate on the sidewalks and a rock thrown through our patio door many times. A gated community sounds nice at first, but the gates never seem to work and most gates are always open. There were always people digging through the trash. Paying for parking spaces is necessary, as it is almost impossible to find them. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear absolutely everything. Also, the appliances were very dated and all the cabinets were made of particle board, so they were very cheap. As soon as I gave 60 days notice, I suddenly got an eviction notice. The notice was for non-payment of rent, in which I brought all my receipts, which I highly recommend you all keep. The staff said they couldn’t find it in the system which wasn’t my problem as I kept track of where they put the check as my receipt showed they received my payment. At first they accepted the receipt until 9 months after I moved out I get a call from a debt collector saying I owe a full month’s rent. I move out 2 weeks into the month, how can they wait 9 months and charge me for the whole month. So I went and spoke to a manager who was no help at all. Very rude and all she cared about was getting out of work and not cleaning up their mess. They couldn’t even prove they sent a letter to show if I owed anything, which shows no professionalism whatsoever. So I gave up on staff and just went up and had to deal with corporations. So after 11 months of moving, I finally managed to fix the mess of my mistakes.

Been at The Preserve for almost 6 months now and have no complaints! I love my apartment. The staff is nice and quick to respond. There is always parking, the environment is always clean. The complex is peaceful and the pool area is great for summer meals. The only suggestion I have would be to put different machines in the gym. And yes, I would definitely recommend these!
I just moved in, but so far they’ve had great customer service and very clean sidewalks and grassy, tree-shaded areas. The best I have lived in so far!
Living on the reserve was great. It was simple from the start and clear. I didn’t have to keep going back and forth to seal the deal and got the keys quickly. I am in a renovated one bedroom and it is very nice. White cabinets and black appliances do it all
