I had the privilege of having Trey as my shuttle driver. What a friendly and informative driver! The whole group enjoyed his “tour guide” experience. He answered questions, provided information on local sites and activities, and was so kind and attentive. He it’s a gem! world where everyone seems to only contact managers with complaints, I felt it was important to let you know how special Trey is and how much his passengers enjoy their cruise. Cheers”

“Airport shuttle service as well as rides to and from the airport were great…clean buses, friendly staff, efficient and on time!”
“Thank you for an efficient, timely and friendly service to and from my hotel during my recent visit to New Orleans. Couldn’t have asked for better! I wish I could remember the drivers names but they were wonderful . Really represented your company well and made a good initial impression on a first time visitor to your city. I will be recommending your company to my family and friends. Thank you!”
“I was only in town two days – New Orleans – – 9/30 and 10/1 mostly stuck in a hotel on a date. Believe it or not, I only did two things outside of the hotel and enjoyed both. I ate and drank at french quarter – can’t remember the name of the restaurant – though it was great. The other thing is my shuttle ride from the airport to the Roosevelt Hotel. The driver was GREAT – he was upbeat and shared his enthusiasm for his city. He loved it people on the ship and they enjoyed when he shared his city with them (I was one of them). I remember his name – Derek. Hey, we all have to go about our day, but it always surprises me when someone who doesn’t know , and I have no hope that they will brighten my day, WILL add sunshine to my day. He is a great representative for your company. (as well as NOLA in general!) He made my stay a little better, and that’s beautiful. It takes a special person to want to do that.”
“Fast and friendly service. A little late on pick up but I was at the airport within an hour. You get a discount if you book the round trip at the same time. Very convenient and very affordable.”

“My driver Tracy was a wonderful ambassador for the city. It was my first trip to New Orleans, but it won’t be my last thank you to your driver for being helpful and informative. Give him a key to the city!!! “
“Airport Shuttle New Orleans presents a warm welcome and a friendly farewell to this beautiful city. My first driver, Joe, was very welcoming and enthusiastic to share his insider tips on places to eat and sights to see .A true ambassador for NOLA – he represented the unique spirit of the city admirably. I felt like I had made a friend by the time I arrived at my hotel. On my journey back to the airport – sad to be leaving – I told him driver, Robert, that I had some scraps I’d like to find someone who could use them. He said he knew who he could give them to—a homeless woman who passed his way regularly and often gives a piece of fruit or a bottle of water. He showed that New Orleans is not only a friendly city, but also a caring and compassionate place.
“Great service on my recent trip to New Orleans. June 24, 28, 2012. Online reservation service is a plus – on time pick up and drop off – takes the hassle out of this part of my travel day.”
“Charles was very impressive. He clearly has a love for his hometown. During our ride from the airport, he pointed out points of interest, gave us a brief overview of the city, explained how New Orleans was coping with change since Katrina. , and gave us a complete rundown of fun and hospitality in the French Quarter.

Our group was so impressed with his enthusiasm and friendly demeanor that it was noted in some of our FAM reports upon our return. Charles is truly an asset to the New Orleans tourism industry and should be commended for his hospitality and shared knowledge.”
“Dear Sir or Madam: I wanted to tell you about my travel experience yesterday. I was traveling with my elderly mother to a convention in New Orleans, we boarded your ship in town with a gentleman named Elvis. He was professional and our experience was good. when we left town we got in with your driver named Tracy Boudreux. WOW! this man is a doorman, he was very nice to my mom and was the epitome of professionalism. i told him he needs to work for the New Orleans Tourism Bureau and I’ll be honest, I offered him an immediate job if he ever moved to Miami. People who have a work ethic like Tracy’s are rare, it was important to him that every rider in board had a positive experience while in New Orleans, until their cruise. Please keep this in his employment file and let him know that Ms. Madena is forever in his debt for the most memorable cruise I have ever had until now. I wish Airport Shuttle would let people Search for Drivers! Thank you.”
“I have visited New Orleans many times and used your shuttle service many times and have never had such a pleasant experience. Tracy was the most professional driver I have ever traveled with.”
