Orlando Airport Uber Lyft Pickup – We looked at YouTube videos to get an idea of the BA flight to MCO in May

I’ve never used Uber or Lyft – I know we have to get an XL due to 3 suitcases and hand luggage (3 people)

I’m not sure if you go to a specific area designated for ubers or lyfts or is it straight forward and easy? When do you order, for example after leaving the terminal?

Ways From Orlando Airport To Disney’s Yacht Club (2023)

I’ve also been looking at other tips on Ubers and YouTube and I didn’t know there was a specific time to get to your car – here’s a little learning exercise.

There are dedicated areas on Level 1 on the A and B side and Terminal C on Level 6. Follow signs for Ground Transportation and Ride App Pick Up signs. Once in the area, request a ride using the Uber/Lyft app. It is polite to stand ready on the curb and wait for a car to arrive, or at least in the general area and be visible. If there is any problem, you can send a message to the driver in the app. This area is very busy so they won’t wait long for you. Always check the vehicle’s make, color and driver’s registration and name.

We’ve done Uber/Lyft (whichever is cheaper) from all terminals and as mentioned… it’s clearly marked for taxi pickup – never wait more than 10 minutes, just be ready and at the pick up point 👍

Just jumping on this post to ask for advice, we arrive at Orlando airport at 7pm so hopefully immigration will be before 9pm. We are looking to get a lyft or uber with an international drive to our hotel and were wondering if there might be drivers in the area when we book through the app. We’ve used both in the past with no problems, but always sooner rather than later!

Complete Guide To Using Uber At Walt Disney World

We arrived at MKO terminal C a few days ago. I had never used the Lyft app before, but it was very simple. There is a specific area where Ubers and Lyfts can wait – outside doors 48 and 49 on Level 6 (the level you come from). Go where the area is marked, not just “Taxis” but “Ride Sharing”. Orlando International Airport is 20 miles from Disney World. Guests traveling to Disney World often take advantage of this option if they have to fly in from out of town. The airport just received a $69 million federal grant to renovate Terminal C.

There was one way for Disney World guests to get to the resort: Disney’s Magical Express bus service. But since it leaves at the end of 2021, we have to make our own arrangements for transport. If you decide to use Uber or Lyft to get to Disney World, we have an important tip for you! If you’re looking for ridesharing at the Orlando airport, you might not find it right away!

At many airports, follow the signs for “ground transportation” and you’ll find taxis, shuttles, and drop-off locations such as Uber or Lyft. But taxis and other ground transportation at the Orlando airport are NOT on the same level as pickup! This has plagued us before, so we want to save you from the same mess.

Level 2 is where you want to be picked up by Uber or Lyft from Terminals A & B. If you follow the signs for ground transportation at Terminals A or B, you will have to reach Level 1 and go back. upstairs. If you fly into Terminal C, you will need to go to Level 6 to pick up a rideshare.
