Moving to a new city is not easy. I knew this was where I wanted to stay once I called and was given all the information over the phone and email. The manager spent 15 minutes on the phone answering all my questions when everywhere else I called rushed me! The community is better than anything else I’ve seen here, just like I used to in Phoenix. The office staff are very nice and care about your comfort in the apartment. My maintenance issues are always dealt with right away and the guys in the office always call to make sure I’m happy with the work they’re doing.

With life stealing a beautiful home in Tuscany comes a friendly gated community, with fun around every corner. Two pools a theater 24hr gym basketball court and dog park. I moved him 2 months ago and I feel like I’m on vacation when I’m home. I walked out to my balcony and had a great view however you look.!! It is a home for any family for everyday people.
I just moved in a week ago. I like the location, close to the mall, gym, freeway. The apartment is very spacious. Awesome layout. The only issue I have with the layout is that the living room could be bigger and the dining room smaller. Not much room for a couch / loveseat / or seating more than chairs and couches. gym, swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court and very nice dog park. The apartment size is large and the pool can be bigger to accommodate the residents. Maintenance needs to make sure all devices are working before switching because 2 of my devices are not working. The staff so far has been friendly. I looked at many places before choosing Toscana in Mesa Hills and I was impressed by the price I received (a special) and the whole complex. I hope this will be my home for many years. Every apartment complex has some problems. I don’t or haven’t seen any major problems here – it’s quiet safe with my daughter and I love it.
