Tao Beach decided not to reopen for the 2021 season and went through a major renovation that closed the dayclub in 2020 as well.

The 55 cabanas at the Venetian Pools range from 180 to 1,450 square feet with air conditioning and a personal cabana host. The 20-person cabanas come with a plunge pool, a daybed, a private shower, chilled face towels, vintage games, and two 75-inch HDTVs. All Venetian cabanas feature a private restroom, built-in charging stations, fully stocked refrigerator, fruit-infused water carafes, four chaise lounges and a fruit plate. Those without a plunge pool can accommodate up to 15 people.

On the Palazzo side, cabanas can accommodate up to eight people and include air conditioning, four chaise lounges, a stocked refrigerator, a 32-inch screen, misters and a ceiling fan. Customers can request liquor carts that include Bloody Marys or Classics, Hugo or Limoncello spritzes, Bellinis or Rossinis.

For dining options, the new Capri Pool Restaurant and Bar is located on the Palazzo Pool Deck. Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, the restaurant from 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, parent company of Chica restaurants, features an al fresco bar, lounge and casual dining space. Dishes from the breakfast menu include buttermilk pancakes, avocado toast, an acai bowl, and a quinoa egg white omelet sandwich. For lunch, diners can order sushi, pizza, a capri salad or sandwiches.

Last year, Resort Spritz Restaurant & Bar, Capri’s sister restaurant from 50 Eggs, opened a slushies and spritz cocktail menu for breakfast and lunch on the Venetian side. Diners can dine al fresco or order from the walk-up window and dine from their pool chairs.

Adjacent to the Venetian pool deck, diners will find the Truth and Tonic Wellness Café with a vegan food and beverage menu.

Sam Ross has revamped the poolside cocktail menu with shaken classics, slushies, and low-alcohol and alcohol-free cocktails.
