It smells like garbage all the time, the management is worst, and it’s just a bad place to live around

This apartment complex is what you pay for. My unit was clean. I cant speak for the roach comments. I just wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Income is up, I think the increase is unfortunately not worth it.

Roach infested. Employers wait weeks to send someone to fix the problem. Suppose that the gates of the community do not work. Not safe. People steal packages off your doorstep. Do not move here.

As far as maintenance goes, they don’t fix anything! I like to take literally years to fix something, but make sure to collect the rent in time. The staff is not organized, and they do not hold firm orders or work there, so make sure you keep all receipts & make copies of everything. The walls are really thin, they can’t have kids because the neighbors complain about everything. Not such a safe environment. The park is all touristy & dirty. They don’t open the pool until it’s usually summer. Worst staff, food! The place itself is pretty big & not bad. No washer & dryer only facility & no good washing at all waste of money better off going somewhere. No security.

Don’t get caught up in this situation. Terrible management, terrible maintenance. My bedroom never got closet doors. When the valves in my master bathroom were broken, they never replaced them. The attic file was locked and he never opened it. The condo is full of cockroaches and so many other problems. No matter how much you talk in the office, so things can be fixed and life conditions can improve, there are few times that make you keep silent. Anyway, I don’t recommend it.

I just moved a few months ago, and if it wasn’t for the ability to walk to the local grocery store and no cars, I wouldn’t be here! Poor management, slow maintenance, noisy, disrespectful neighbors, no security (as promised!), and they never close the security gates defeating the purpose of living in a community! ill health tests if at all !!.. and kids run around like a free for all using the designated park!! No monitoring! There doesn’t seem to be any curfew or noise regulation, ppl can be loud and obnoxious at all hours of the night and management doesn’t seem to care! As long as the tenants are paying there, they don’t care what you do. The kids have a blast doing the laundry and present facilities. So if you are looking for an unsafe and noisy, no environment to live in, this complex will be perfect! If you prefer to have peace of mind and quiet, I would recommend looking elsewhere! When my lease is up, I’m gone!!!!?

I have lived here since 2011 and employers come and go, indiscriminately. It takes a couple of calls and visits to get the office to come and fix things, the room is quite quiet! He had no real issues! I just wish there were washer and dryer units in room l!
