There is a constant smell of garbage, the management is the worst, and everywhere is a bad place to live

This apartment complex gets what you pay for. My unit was clean. I can’t comment on roach’s comments. I wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The rent is going up, I don’t think it’s worth the increase, unfortunately.

Roach infested. Managers wait weeks to send someone out to fix the problem. Let’s say it’s a gated community, the gates don’t work. Unsafe. People steal packages from your doorstep. don’t move here.

These do not improve anything in terms of maintenance! You literally have years to fix it, but make sure you collect the rent on time. The staff is unorganized and they don’t keep up with tenants’ rent or work orders, so make sure you keep all receipts and make copies of everything. The walls are very thin, you can’t have children because the neighbors complain about everything. It’s not such a safe environment. The park is messy and dirty. The pool is only opened until the summer is over. The worst staff, maintenance! The place itself is quite big and not too bad. No washer and dryer, just one facility and they don’t wash well at all, waste of money, better to go somewhere else. There is no security.

Do not rent from this location. Very bad administration, terrible maintenance. My apartment never had closet doors in the rooms. Since I arrived, the door to the Master bathroom closet was broken and not replaced. The storage room on the balcony was closed and not opened. The apartment is full of cockroaches and many other problems. No matter how much you talk in the office to fix things and improve living conditions, they rarely do it to say nothing. I don’t recommend them anyway.

He only moved in a few months ago and if it wasn’t for the local shops and clinics to bring him the ability to walk I wouldn’t be here! Poor management, slow maintenance, very noisy, disrespectful neighbors, no security (as promised!!) and the security gates are never locked, defeating the purpose of living in a gated community!!! they are poorly soundproofed, if at all!! ..and the kids run around like it’s a free for all instead of using the designated park!! No supervision!! There doesn’t seem to be any curfew or noise ordinance, ppl can be loud and disrespectful at all hours of the night and management doesn’t care! As long as tenants pay rent, they don’t care what you do. Children break into laundromats and postal facilities. So if you are looking for an unsafe and noisy, disrespectful environment, this complex will be perfect! If you prefer peace and quiet life, I suggest you look elsewhere!! When my lease is up I’m leaving!!!??

I have lived here since 2011 and the managers come and go, unorganized. A few phone calls and a visit to the office to get maintenance to fix things. The apartment is very quiet! There were no real problems! I wish there were washing machines and dryers in the apartment!
