Job fairs are a great way to source talent for any employer. In May, Treasure Island Las Vegas held an on-site job fair to open several job openings for job seekers.

Everyone in the Las Vegas tourism industry has felt the impact of the pandemic, from strip closures and a gradual return to people feeling comfortable enough to travel. Fortunately, Treasure Island has seen tourism come back in good shape. Recently, the property has taken a leap in the right direction as more visitors return to the strip. We love the convenience of our property.

Travelers seem to be getting comfortable with the vacation they may have been taking for the past few years. As demand grows, so does the need to hire more staff to continue providing excellent service to our guests.
We currently have very few in-demand positions! Banquet jobs are filling up fast, but other positions we are still looking to fill include: accounting, food and beverage, housekeeping, hotel front desk, retail, security, cashier, lifeguards, technicians and grounds departments.
Overall, we’ve seen great success. At one of our job fairs, we recruited 30-40+ new employees to join the Treasure Island Family. Filling these open positions is very important to Treasure Island, but it’s even more important to help this community get back on its feet and get our hard-working locals who have built their lives on hospitality back into the workforce.
Treasure Island will hold monthly job fairs until we reach sufficient staffing levels to meet the demand for property conditions.
